Sharon Smith is a Realtor with a passion for luxury Real Estate investing and second homes. She had a very successful career working for two Fortune 50 companies as a Sales, Marketing & Operations Executive and brings that same level of professionalism and enthusiasm to Real Estate.
Her background has enabled her to travel extensively throughout the U.S. and International Markets, but she has called Central Florida home for over 30+ years. She specializes in Seminole, Lake, and Volusia County markets with recent sales/purchases in Alaqua Lakes (Longwood), Victoria Park (Deland), North Beach (New Smyrna), and Historic Mount Dora. Sharon graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and Management. She has been recognized and awarded for her negotiating, consulting, and sales abilities.
Sharon believes in giving back to her community, as a Board Member for the United Way, American Red Cross, Volusia Chamber of Commerce, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Central Florida Boy & Girl Scouts of America, and Lake Cares. Sharon and her family split their time between Mount Dora and New Smyrna Beach (two amazing small towns).
